We believe that every business owner has been entrusted with a unique calling and that faithful stewardship extends far beyond finances. It influences every decision, every relationship, every opportunity, and every resource God places in our care. Our work is guided by these core convictions:

Born from experience and conviction.
Founder Kieara Johnson experienced firsthand what many entrepreneurs pursue: business growth. As opportunities increased and clients continued to come, the business appeared successful from the outside.
Behind the scenes, however, the growth came with overwhelming responsibility. Managing more than eighteen clients while working long days left little room for rest, strategic thinking, or sustainable leadership. The business had grown, but the systems, capacity, and stewardship required to sustain that growth had not.
The greatest limitation in business is often not opportunity. It is stewardship.
That realization transformed not only the way Kieara built businesses but also the way she served others. Steward With Strategy was created to help Christian business owners develop the Biblical foundation, practical strategy, and stewardship principles necessary to faithfully manage what God has already entrusted to them before pursuing what comes next.
Today, Steward With Strategy serves entrepreneurs through education, coaching, community, networking, events, and practical business resources designed to help them steward every area of their business with excellence.

Kieara Johnson
Founder & Chief Steward OfficerKieara Johnson is the Founder and Chief Steward Officer of Steward With Strategy, where she equips Christian business owners to build businesses through faithful stewardship, Biblical principles, and practical business strategy.
With a background in business management, executive operations, and organizational strategy, Kieara has spent years helping entrepreneurs strengthen their operations, improve leadership, and build businesses that are both sustainable and purpose-driven.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management and Computer Information Systems, along with a Master of Business Administration. Throughout her career, she has worked alongside entrepreneurs, nonprofit leaders, and growing organizations, helping them create systems, develop strategic plans, and steward growth with excellence.
As a speaker, teacher, and business strategist, Kieara is passionate about helping leaders move beyond simply growing their businesses to becoming faithful stewards of every opportunity God entrusts to them. Her teaching combines Biblical truth with practical business strategy, encouraging entrepreneurs to build organizations that honor God, serve people well, and create lasting Kingdom impact.
